Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Receptionist/Patient Scheduler for the Office for Clinical Affairs within the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM). This position serves as a receptionist for screening area and receptionist in any reception area of the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Office for Clinical Affairs. The Senior Receptionist/Patient Scheduler makes patient appointments and maintains patient schedules and charts as they relate to clinical affairs. The responsibilities in the chart room include but are not limited to disseminating and filing of charts. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Keeps axiUm appointment book filled with patients as directed by Screening Doctor. Answers phones and schedules new patients for screening appointments. Confirms patientxe2x80x99s appointments to ensure minimum number of no shows. Registers all new patientsxe2x80x99 biographic and insurance information into axiUm. Works in the Chart Room filing charts. Scans charts in and out of the Chart room. Schedules X-ray appointments for screening patients. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
