The Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Supervisor, plays a key role within the office dynamics and practice. The Supervisor will lead a team of Patient Administrators who are the face of the practice and are expected to greet each and every patient and/or potential patient with a warm welcoming. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the performance of a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties including: chart management, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordination of insurance benefits, collections/billing, data entry, as well as other duties. Requirements:Dental Office experience ONLY, no other medical or general office experience will be considered Speaks Spanish and English fluently Availability to work Saturdays Willing to travel between offices Stamford and Greenwich Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving abilities Written and verbal communication skills: direct, prompt and effective Medical record knowledge 2 – 3 years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant in a dental officeis required, as well as supervisory experience.
